• Provided L1/L2 application support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a production environment.
• Handled incident, service request, and change tickets related to Employee Central functionalities.
• Supported day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination).
• Assisted in troubleshooting issues related to Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Event Reasons, and Workflows.
• Supported Role-Based Permissions (RBP) access issues and user authorization requests.
• Performed data corrections and mass data updates using EC templates and imports.
• Coordinated with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Supported integration-related issues between Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules or external systems.
