During my internship at Polycab India limited, I had the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice and gained hands-on experience in a range of HR functions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, maintaining employee records, grievance handling. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, which helped me develop strong teamwork and communication skills.
