Hello! My name is Chaitany Solanki, and I am an HR fresher with a passion for creating inclusive and engaging work environments. I recently completed my Master of Labour Welfare degree, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and the overall well-being of workers.

Throughout my academic journey, I developed a keen interest in human resources and its vital role in shaping organizational culture. I am particularly drawn to the idea of fostering a supportive and diverse workplace where every employee feels valued, heard, and motivated to give their best.

As an HR professional, I believe in the power of effective communication and building strong relationships with employees at all levels. I am adept at handling various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Outside of my professional aspirations, I enjoy staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in the HR field. I am an avid reader of industry publications and participate in workshops and seminars to continuously expand my knowledge and skills.

During my internship at Polycab India limited, I had the opportunity to put my knowledge into practice and gained hands-on experience in a range of HR functions, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, maintaining employee records, grievance handling. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, which helped me develop strong teamwork and communication skills.

Throughout my academic journey, I have gained a solid understanding of the key principles and practices of human resources, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, my coursework has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations, which I believe would be particularly valuable in the current business landscape.
