Heading of plant head of over all plant.

• Over all plant management ; directing day to day operations to maximize efficiency,drive automation,and minimize production loss.
• Prodution and maintainance; Planning production schdules and ensuring high mechanical proficiency to reduce machinery breakdowns.

Planning day to day maintenance activities, Manpower planning, spares planning and procurement of spares, Estimation and Costing, Inspection of materials and Machinery. Planning & modifications for improving performance of existing equipment's to meet the targets.

• Crusher jaw crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher and circular stacker and reclaimer.

• Ihave done erection IKN 2500 TONES capacity cooler.
• I have done retro fit of 3 raw mills , 2 coal mills , 1 cement mill ,2 crushers and ropeway conveyor.

Planning & modifications for improving performance of existing equipment's to meet the targets. • Preparation of MIS on daily basis, Raising of PR's, attending Daily Production Meeting.

Heading the Kiln, coal mill and utilities with Team of 10 Members. 23.3 Loeschke mill erection and maintenance done. I have done erection and maintenance commission of FLS kiln, preheater and cross bar cooler. We have plan to done preventive maitainence as per schedule to minimize the break downs. Fully confident that I am independently handle the Mechanical department since I have the full knowledge of Mechanical and Production and process.

• Coordinating with mechanical HoD to minimize power and cost control of spares.
• Coordinating with transporters for trucks arrangement for timely dispatch dispatches
• Coordinating with the mechanical HoD and Other Departments for planning for Cement Dispatches.

• Raising of PR as per the office requirement is SAP
• Raising of PR's, Contractor's Bills passing on monthly basis.

I am attending the Shift Duties. Erection and commissioning and maitainence done walchanda nagar kiln. Maintaining the manpower for the smooth operations. I have worked under assistant manager in primary crusher and raw mill section and kiln section.
