Field Engineer at Aarvi Encon Ltd, under the in HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (2023-06 – Present)

• I have operated on controlling pumping stations, gauging or testing oil in storage tanks, and regulating the flow of oil into pipelines and planned with the dispatch and receiving locations to take receipt of products like HSD, MS, SSKO.
• Monitoring and controlling of PLC / SCADA systems operations, I have been responsible for the real-time data acquisition control and optimization of pumping operations, including various parameters related to power, pressure, temperature, density & flow etc.
• To operate by pipeline MOV, SDV, mainline pump, booster pump, & pipeline PIDS System activities were carried out under my guidance.
• Oversaw all field operations within the tank farm area, including sampling, manual gauging, tank line-up, and all other routine activities in strict adherence to SOPs. Additionally, managed responsibilities as a Shift Engineer, running the plant in shifts and continuously monitoring and maintaining key operational parameters.
• I have Identification of density & maintaining sampling data of HSD, MS, and SSKO records in the form of a gauge sheet.
• Responsible for managing operation control room and maintain records and log sheets because of the highly complex nature of the refining process, it is absolutely critical that accurate data be recorded and maintained.
• Able to handle emergency situations during ESD of pipeline and Execute startup and shutdown sequences as per SOP. Take immediate corrective actions during emergencies response manage high-pressure situations, including equipment tripping and total plant blackout conditions, to restore stability and minimize downtime.
• To operate the LDS/ PLC/SCADA-based control room and ensure an efficient operational process.
• To ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and safely.

Site In-charge in LPG Bottling Plant at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (2019-10 – 2022-11)

• Managed site operations and maintenance, administration and manpower handling and Supervised 50+ workers during shifts, ensuring efficient operations and productivity.
• Coordinated shift activities, maintained documents, and handled shift handovers.
• Discussed running issues, checked spare availability, and prepared daily and weekly progress reports (DPR).
• I also maintained monthly bills, attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time and preparing daily & weekly progress report (DPR).
• Observed weekly maintenance of: Electronic Filling Scales and Hot Air Sealing unit. Online downstream equipment and Chain conveyor system.
• Led attendants and supervised housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• I take daily site rounds to observe all rules and procedures in respect of safety and fire prevention.

Quality In-charge at IKONTEL Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (2018-11 – 2019-08)

• I have a managed L&T Project in Smart Electric Meter Installations. I was working as Quality In-charge & Supervisor.
• Where I am responsible for controlling, project scheduling, deployment and management, monitoring and Managing a team of 10-20 technicians and ensuring the quality of installation in field.
• I also Attend daily site meeting for work plan target and quality control as and when required. I have managing for data management, planning, scheduling, coordination & monitoring execution of all Electrical works at site.
• I also Update daily/weekly & Monthly reports and provide input to reporting manager. Ensuring proper protection system for all electrical installation.
