- Planning and monitoring the various activities being carried out in Muzaffarpur Districts under NBPDCL, RDSS Scheme
- Coordinating with the Client NBPDCL, Muzaffarpur, outside agencies and other Government departments (like Forest Department, NHAI, Power Grid, Indian Railway etc)
- Monitor and supervise at every stage to ensure high quality construction, erection, commissioning, testing and required system performance is achieved with full compliance to the engineering designs and drawings, technical specifications and other contract documents with use of proper quality of materials within the specified time schedule
- Assist in taking remedial actions to avoid slippages, cost and time overruns, delays by the contractor
- Ensure safety during construction and adherence to all environment management regulations prescribed under the contract
- Verifications of the DPRs, SLDs, Survey Reports, Supply/Erection Bills, Material GTP/GA/Drawings, Vendor Approval Documents and all other relevant documents submitted by the implementing agencies
- Prepare and submit the Progress Reports Daily, Weekly, Monthly wise of Execution/ Supply activities
- Attending, organizing and conducting meetings as desired by the client and submitting reports/ proceedings of the meetings to the client. Taking suitable action on the instructions given by client during meetings and inspection
