With over 8 years of progressive experience in agriculture and rural development, I have led impactful initiatives across value chain development, cooperative strengthening, climate-resilient agriculture, and financial inclusion. My work spans reputed institutions such as NABARD, JEEViKA (SRLM Bihar), and the Department of Cooperatives, Government of Bihar.
In my recent role as Manager – Value Chain Development with GT Bharat LLP, I spearheaded the strategic transformation of cooperative institutions in Bihar, designing roadmaps for business diversification, governance enhancement, and digital integration. Prior to this, as a Senior Consultant with NABARD (KfW Soil Project), I led watershed development programs, facilitated FPO formation, and ensured donor compliance through rigorous monitoring and documentation.
My tenure with JEEViKA as a Young Professional involved grassroots institution building, livelihood promotion, and convergence with multiple government departments. I successfully implemented the Targeting Hardcore Poor project and received multiple district-level awards for excellence in social development and financial inclusion.
