Design a new Condenser to replace the existing one at SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit). The aim of the projects is to condense sulfur vapor generated in the SRU.

• Methodology: In the previous plant sulfur passed through three condensers one by one that case it takes more time and power consumption .solid sulfur stuck in condenser tube was a big problem for running plant.
• Suggestions: Design a new condenser replacing previous condenser in that tube size, length calculated according the feed amount.
