- Team building and rapport activities. One to one counselling or discussion with co-workers for harmonious relationship within team
- Planning with HR SPOC for filling the vacant position, replacement etc of co-workers Care Givers/Animators/other staff
- Negotiated contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favourable terms and improve supply chain efficiency
- Identifying Area of Influence around the Project for local fund-raising opportunities
- Approaching the Corporates & submitting proposal for CSR support
- Importance to Donor visits and protocols including Do's & Dont's around village visits for Corporate & Individual donors
- Supporting Volunteer & Employee Engagement programmes
- Sharing timely data to Zonal & National team on sponsors

- Provides a secure and safe environment for each youth. Supports the training of household skills to enable the youth to autonomously keep a safe, hygienic and homely living environment
- Participate actively in the transition process of the youth from the SOS Children's Villages into the SOS Youth Facility
