MIS reporting to various stakeholders within the organization on a regular basis, process improvement and system implementation activities.
Validate the Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order in line with the approved budget and control & guide the business towers with proper cost centre & GL account.
Perform monthly activities of closing i.e. recurring journals, provisioning, tax related entries, Amortization, reimbursement of expenses etc
Preparing budget, actuals and forecasting at PL level for multiple business units, prepare annual support plan; ensure accuracy of forecasts is maintained.
Prepare monthly post-closing analysis, analysis includes month to month, year-onyear, variance versus budget.
Prepare, analyse, and support quarterly forecast and annual budget activities by working closely with Management.
Continues monitoring of expenditure forecast vs Actuals vs budget by month, Quarter & yearly.
Preparing and posting Accruals during month end.
Headcount management and analysis based on actual and compare against forecast and budget.
