• Monitor the batch cycle of LPARS (all regions) and ensure the timely completion of SLA.
• Using data cleaning tools like power BI, Excel for classifying the scrap data and tape drives for operating system
• Running the Batch Schedule and performing required batch preprocessing activities in JSE(Job Schedule Engine)
• Analysing the data and securing it to the mainframe cell.
• Knowledge on JCL
• Experience with batch scheduling and access on version/change control of jobs.

• Knowledge on virtual tapes and storage tape.
• Perform full and partial Schedule changes based on the availability of flights.

• Creates SNOW tickets, HP service manager changes, and RDI involved in the incidents and changes respective to our team along with other team

Console Activities

• Creating ServiceNow incident tickets, correct problem, or escalate to appropriate personnel.
• Have the knowledge of online alerts Investigation on all online (CICS, DB2, MQ, DASD, NETWORK) alerts.
• Acting on root cause analysis, resolution and / or escalation for Coverage.
• Running the Batch Schedule and performing required batch preprocessing activities in JSE(Job Schedule Engine)
• Opening ServiceNow incident whenever change is scheduled.
• Knowledge on handling or escalating hardware-based incidents.
• Performing system health checks and Handling resource contentions, conflicts production environment systems.
• Handling tape related issues.
