- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing the functioning of various teams.
- Managing escalations.
- Ensure proper coordination between sales and risk team for smooth process.
- Preparation of disbursement cheque.
- Required compliances to be done for disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to Legal, Technical and Documentation TAT.
