• Maintaining monthly Attendance, Leave Tracker, Salary sheet & Biometric related all issues.
• Maintaining Employees ESIC, PF data & resolving issues.
• Maintaining Other HR Employee Master Database, Staff joining & separation.
• Daily Manpower Handling.
• Maintain their personal file.
• Making the salary breakup & Monthly salary slip.
• Manpower Cost Vs Production report prepared & present to management
• Manage Vendor / AMC i.e. Air Conditioner, Computer.
• Organizing employee engagement activities (Games, Reward & Recognition, week celebration etc)
• Maintaining monthly greytHR Attendance, Leave Tracker, Salary sheet & Savior related all issues.
• Maintaining Other HR or MIS Tracker as i.e. Organogram, Employee Master Database, In & Out Tracker.
• Handling operational function like pre-shift staff briefing, Creating the duty roaster and Shift management.
• Checking On roll and Contractor Attendance daily basis.
• Preparing manpower deployment sheet report.
• Assisting in compliance and documentation.
• Coordinating for internal training & ensuring at least 2 training are conducted in a week.
• Maintaining personal files & ensure documents are available as per checklist.
• Time office management and documentation.
• Manpower deployment monitoring in all shifts.
• Checking Contractor Attendance & monthly Bill
• Recruitment Support Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Employee Records & Documentation Maintain employee files (personal, attendance, leave, PF/ESI)
• Update HR databases and MIS reports Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of records
• Payroll & Statutory Support Assist in attendance, OT, and wage data preparation Support PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities
• Employee Coordination Respond to employee queries related to HR policie Support grievance handling and disciplinary documentation
