• Working as an associate in Account Receivables- Billing, under order to cash domain.
• Acting as main point of contact for branches and daily operations, concerns or activities on behalf of GCC.
• Meet process SLAs/ Metrics, productivity, and quality targets within the established timelines.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline and optimize the billing process for greater effciency.
• Generating automated and manual invoices. Review, analyze and approve billing for appropriate dollars.

• We provide real-time data to enhance the payroll and billing process. We need to track employee punches working hours in the WIN web application. Find the discrepancies and share the data to the respective branch.
