Evaluating the staff performance and HSE standards
Preparation of monthly and annual budget
Checking the day to day accommodation status
Preparing the daily and monthly reports of accommodation services
Managing the team members of the Catering, Housekeeping, and cleaning
Auditing All QHSE documents
Conducting the monthly training program for the housekeeping & food service staff
Preparing the monthly plans and schedules of housekeeping activities
Checking of all staffs hygiene and personal grooming
Conducting the daily tool box meeting
Evaluating, Auditing and implementing all HACCP Procedures
