I have an Advance Diploma in Business Administration and Management from BITC Singapore, and i completed a Hospitality a 3 years hospitality diploma from Open University Malaysia, graduated in May 2022. I have over a year of work experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Room Service Waiter at Avani Hotels and Resorts, and as an Internship Trainee at The Park Hotels, where I gained valuable skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork. and I have a passion for the hospitality industry.
