Founding Engineer at Automated E-Commerce Arbitrage Startup (2023 – 2026)

• Built and operated a bootstrapped e-commerce arbitrage engine, leveraging automated web scraping, third-party API integrations, and LLM-powered catalog matching to track international product price disparities and identify profitable arbitrage opportunities.
• Architected concurrent, high-throughput scraping and data pipelines using Python (FastAPI), Celery, and Playwright, integrating PostgreSQL with pgvector and OpenAI LLM embeddings to perform fast similarity searches across product listings.
• Developed clean, responsive front-end dashboards using Typescript, React, HTML, and CSS to visualize data and manage operations effectively.
• Engineered an ultra-low-cost, production-grade infrastructure stack by leveraging Fly.io for distributed worker compute, Cloudflare for API routing, Supabase for managed Postgres, and OpenAI APIs for embedding vector generation.

Full Stack Engineer at Cult.Fit(previously Curefit) (2019-06 – 2022-09)

• Owned the end-to-end architecture and execution of live video classes across mobile app and backend infrastructure, driving a core line of the business's product offerings using React Native, Node and Spring.
• Owned the live-class user experience on the React-native app and created high-performance visual components using React-native and Typescript including the videoplayer, leaderboards and reports and integrated it with the backend using a Node.js monolith.
• Created internal tooling and debugging dashboards using React.js, HTML, CSS and Typescript.
• Embedded a custom TensorFlow Lite pose detection ML model on mobile clients and designed end-to-end real-time gamification features, including a live-stream Energy Meter powered by client-side computer vision metrics.
• Architected low-latency backend engines for live score aggregation and real-time user rankings using MongoDB and Redis during live streams.
• Developed Python-based scheduled background jobs and APIs integrated with third-party services (e.g., Shazam) to automatically catalog music in video streams and control song availability based on business rules.
