• Validation of Final Summary letter waterfall approval/denial reason, Trial payments and date, borrower credit score, factors,

address, appeal clause, RM information etc before approve or deny the file.

• Manage daily production and attendance reports, assign files, and track team performance to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with management on Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), contributing to strategic process improvements.
• Resolve escalated loan cases by coordinating with underwriters and leadership, reducing turnaround time and improving customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new hires on underwriting guidelines, income calculations, and quality control procedures, enhancing team capability and consistency.
