Trip Management: Staying organized and managing multiple trips assigned. Keep track of the status of each trip and associated bookable elements.
Flight Booking and Check-in: Book flights for customers according to their preferences and check-in customers on flights as instructed.
Accommodation Selection: Research and find accommodation options in our destinations that meet the company standards.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate competitive prices with accommodation providers and book accommodations for our customers.
Experience Booking: Negotiating with experience providers on behalf of Journee and book immersive experiences for our users, aligning with their interests and preferences.
Alternative Planning: In case of unforeseen circumstances or changes in travel plans, proactively find alternative experience providers and accommodations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cancellations and Re-bookings: Effectively managing cancellations and re-bookings, providing suitable alternatives to customers when necessary.
Itinerary Creation: Collaborate with the team to help create the final itinerary that our customers will use to explore their mystery destination.
Destination Research: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the best things to see and do in destinations around the world to enhance our customers' travel experiences.
Post Graduate Diploma In Travel Tourism and Hospitality Service and IATA from BCD Travel , The School of Excellence covering in-depth knowledge and skills in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry. It covered various aspects, including travel management, tour operations, customer service, and international air transport regulations accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
