As a HSE engineer I have 14 years experience in Oil&Gas, Power Plant, P&M, Road, and large scale of new construction project.
Safety induction for new comers.
Ensuring Conducting STA before starting the work in day to day.
Conducting mass tool box talk once in a week.
Maintain record as per training for the workers.
Establish requirements & provide guidance in PPE management.
Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine & materials, P&M and other tools and tackles.
Identifying and eliminating various hazard involved in construction works.
Daily inspection for workshop area to provide free from hazards.
Investigate root cause of accident.
Inspection of scaffolding and fire related equipment.
Maintain and keep records of all lifting equipment & tall machine issued to the plant.
Periodic inspection and checking the color coding & Tag of the firefighting equipment’s, hand tools, Electric tools, lifting tackles and Vehicles.
Organizes and follows-up the daily work of carrying out safety checks in the plant according to the inspection schedule.
Issuing the permit to Sub contractors for Hazardous jobs like Excavation work, confined space work, work at height, loto etc.
Daily site UA/UC discussed with Execution Head.
Conducting & Coordinating Internal & External Safety Audit in every month wise.
Preparing & Revising the JSA as per Job oriented.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and checklist regularly.
Preparing checklist for different nature of job based on risk assessment.
Taken the work permits from concern dept. for Hazardous jobs like Excavation work, confined space work, work at height, Critical lift, hot work etc.
Identification of training needs of employees, preparation & implementation of Annual Safety Training calendar.
Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programs to promote HSE in the workplace.
Preparing Safety Inspection Reports.
Conducting Safety Training to skilled and unskilled workmen is to be conducted on weekly basic.
Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of work permit systems.
Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions.
Preparing job hazard analysis (JHA) & Risk Assessment of any activities before start the job.
Identifying Fire hazardous & implementing its Precautionary measures.
Diploma in mechanical.
NEBOSH.
