Technician for Ascendas Buildings

• Perform M & E duties
• Attend to clients & tenants call upon and M&E Deficiencies
• Maintain Chiller System in the Buildings both manual and through BMS
• Conduct check on Equipment efficiencies and defect
• Assist in emergencies such as water leakage and puddle due mechanical glitch
• Replace faulty light and bulbs
• Assist SCDF officers for their routine fire safety inspection at building
• Feedback to property owner of the major defects spotted
• Notify term contractors of the appliances that need to be service or replaced
• Handle complains promptly to meet the satisfactory level from both property owner and building tenants
• Send circulars to tenant in the event of any electrical or mechanical works that needs special attention
• Perform routine checks to ensure Emergency lightings in normal operational
• Maintain Mechanical Equipments such as, domestic, booster, sump pump and ventilation Systems
• Assist Management staffs in fire drill
