I am presently working as a Medical Transcriptionist as a proofer in Datamatrix Technologies Private Ltd from August 2019 to till date. Projects handled by me are the facility name OADC and OrthoNY and even I am working as a medical transcriptionist on a part-time basis and to load the content of the file in the EHR site (EHRs are real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users especially providers). The primary task of the medical transcriptionist is to transcribe, format and proofread medical records.

Medical records for transcription are primarily sourced from the USA.

• I worked as an authorization specialist for Visco and DME for the specialist name OADC. My role and responsibilities is to call insurance company for an authorization (commercial). For WC cases, we need to fill MG2 and C4 form for authorization and also do calls for followup the pending and denial cases.
• Project handled as an authorization specialist for MRI, CT scan and ultrasound for the facility OrthoNY (North Eastern New York) where I need to call insurance company likes BCBS, Aetna, MVP, United Healthcare, Humana, etc. for an authorization and also follow up the cases which are denials and pending cases. For denials, we attached the denial letters of the doctors and sent it to care coordinator for further process.
