A Communications professional with 14 years of experience in a wide range of backgrounds including working in internal communications, magazines, and electronic media, managing executive communication, employee engagement, branding, employee value proposition campaigns, and organizational strategic transformation implementations.
Lead and manage the Internal Communications program for Arcadis Global Excellence Centers (GEC) India and implement Global Internal communications programs. As a strategic advisor to the business, I work closely with the C-Suite and Senior Global Design and GEC India business leaders to drive strong understanding and engagement of the global and regional business strategy amongst employees. Reporting to Global Internal Communications Director and Managing Director – GEC India, I am responsible for managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, across all levels of business and creating compelling internal campaigns to solve business challenges and profile the business through effective communications.
I am expected to deliver the communication strategy for GECs. Also responsible for guiding GEC India local communications team in the development of team members and delivering complex projects that meet stakeholder and client expectations. The role covers Reputation and thought Leadership, Brand Management, Employee/Culture Communications, and Digital Communications.
