• Attending daily shift production meeting and Prepare production plan.
• Preparing Projection and getting approval from quality.
• Preparing shift production report and submit to shift in charge.
• Setting welding machine as per projection plan.
• Inspecting welded items and move to next stage.
• Performing daily maintenance checks.
• Coordinating with maintenance team for maintenance activities.

A Joint venture between Harita Seating Systems Limited and F.S Fehrer Automotive GmbH, Germany. Specialized in manufacturing of Polyurethane (PU) foam pads, two/three wheeler seats, PU composites, MCU and interior modules.

• Discussing daily production plan with shift in charge.
• Monitoring the Foam cutting machine and cut extra materials.
• Performing Rework and finishing of foam sheets.
