I’m a Senior Manager in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition with over 20 years of experience across HR operations, shared services, contract staffing, and large-scale workforce management in India.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, statutory compliance, audits, and employee relations, alongside leading and scaling teams of over 40 members.

I did my post graduate in Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from Pondicherry University and UG B.Com from Loyola College in 2005.
