Incident Manager is the first point of contact when an issue occurs. Being an Incident manager we are focus on incident prioritizing and resolution to minimize the business impact. We are responsible for entire incident life cycle, we initiate bridge calls for major incidents. We use service as a ticketing tool to manage and track incident details effectively.
I have completed my Batcher's Degree in 2021 from SV University.
