• Worked on SAP Bo administration and application support, including user creation, access management, and configuration activities using the Central Management Console (CMC).
• Used SQL queries/scripts to extract, filter, validate, and retrieve data from databases for operational and ETL-related activities.
• Assisted with ETL job monitoring and data-processing workflows, checking job status and investigating failures or processing issues.
• Performed Linux-based operational and support activities, including executing basic Linux commands, navigating directories, checking files, and reviewing application/job logs
• Gained practical exposure to SQL, ETL processes, Linux, scripting, database operations, SAP BusinessObjects, and enterprise application support.
