Extensive Experience in handling Recruiting, Recruiting Team, Handling the team of 20 members, Including Sales Team as well, Finding the opt candidate for the positions and expert in hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/TN/H1B/GC & Citizens.
Continuous interaction with the Consultants on a regular basis.
Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through internal databases, group referrals, job portals like Dice and Monster etc...
Individually handle the whole OPT/CPT recruitment process.
Involved in OPT online / Onsite training and placements & good experience in cold calling.
Maintaining a healthy pipeline of OPT/CPT/TN/H1B Consultants for Training or Direct marketing.
Good skills in finding the right candidates through Free job portals, Social networking sites, referrals & Universities.
Maintaining database & follow up with all the consultants to make healthy relationships.
Conducting preliminary Screening and scheduling the technical interviews for experienced consultant for direct hires to the company.
Interaction with the Team and finalizes the deal for the candidate.
Able to work with demanding time schedules, has excellent attitude towards teamwork and possesses good interpersonal skills.
Make sure to collect all the documents from the candidates.
Providing eligible candidates with appropriate job offerings and placement.
Extremely motivated, Goal-oriented individual who thrives in a target driven, client facing business areas.
Strong computational and analytical problem solving skills, with motivation to learn new technologies/ Skills.
Extensive experience in INTERNET, MS OFFICE, SOCIAL NETWORKING & FREE JOB BOARDS.
Highly skilled at sourcing using Networking, Headhunting and direct Market search strategies.
