- Proficient in configuring escalation chains, alert routing, and integrations (ServiceNow, Slack, Teams).
- Knowledge of LogicMonitor's API for automation and advanced reporting.
- Strong background in monitoring virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Expertise in performance tuning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics using LogicMonitor's AI-driven insights.
