Experience IT Service Management practitioner with focus on ITSM process throughout the life-cycle and its partnership with ITSM tooling system, possessing effective organizational skills and excellent working knowledge of networking technologies and having a commitment to keep up to date with the latest developments.

• Responsible for administering the CMDB process within the organization.
• Running several projects for CMDB reconciliation such as creating reports to identify orphan servers.

• Efficiently working on continual service improvement by identifying Toil work and automating the process. 
• Currently running a project for identifying out of the box attributes and custom attributes across different classes in ServiceNow by eliminating custom attributes wherever possible to reduce cost.
• Working with the Release Management team on validating Applications (APM) before it gets into production .
