I love to understand how customers and users think when they interact with the web, an app, or make a purchase. I love to make decisions by understanding why and keeping myself in the user's shoes, turning vague realities into actual design prototypes that will delight customers.

I love to translate complex ideas into design reality. Before making every design decissions I love to ask “Why”. More than 5 times. I do follow “Porter's" law every time I make a design to delight millions of users and love my billion of customers.

Once the design prototype is ready, I put the design through the “HEART” method and make them accessabele, usabe and feasible for users, customers, and stakeholders. I believe in the First Principle when I design and implement design thinking in my work!

I am pursuing a B.Tech from NIT Rourkela in Industrial Design. The degree is approaching the end, and I started to make myself capable of working with companies that love to delight users through better user experience.
