Production manager , used to look after the 20 acres of rose plantation, responsible for rose production which is free of pest and disease. Schedules the daily , weekly and monthly plan to achieve the targets, manage and helping the supervisors , scouts to achieve those targets.
I am working as production manager in Sindhu Floraa pvt ltd in Bangalore , India. I have an experience of 1+ year in production of dutch roses. Where I used to manage 20 acres of Polyhouse consisting of 16 different varieties of roses. Providing the daily, weekly and monthly production plans , spray plans that require for quality rose production. I am monitoring 8 supervisors who are responsible for rose production
