• Digitizing and reviewing of 2-25 pages of the patient's Health Insurance policy which consists of patient's health records, diagnosis records, progress notes, mental report tests, accommodation, living facilities being used by the patient.
• Digitizing all the policy holder's report in a web based form which consists of seven different tabs in which we have to enter the required data.
