I am experienced Information Technology with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Skilled in Disaster Recovery, Program Management, Chaos Engineering, Fault Injection, Business Continuity, Architecture Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Process Control, Vendor Management and IT operations.

During my 13 years of experience, I was being responsible for

• Experienced in running Program Management, Service Management, Vendor Management. 
• Planning; designing and co-ordination for Disaster recovery drills. 
• Have Good Understanding of Recovery Strategies and various infrastructure technologies like Windows, AIX, Linux, DNS, and Network. 
• Conduct analysis on disaster recovery architecture to ensure it can meet the Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery point objectives (RPO)
• Review and understand the application classification, tiers and dependencies and capture any relevant application to host mappings.

Along with working on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Programs, we renamed our team to Resiliency Engineering Enablement team whose aim is to increase the resiliency of the systems by conducting Gamedays, Table Top Exercise, Wheel of misfortune and Chaos Testing.
