Have led large-scale resource mobilisation and donor engagement as Head of Partnerships at Population Foundation of India and as a Fund Development Consultant with Terre des Hommes Netherlands, securing multi-crore grants, institutionalising fundraising systems, and managing complex donor portfolios across sectors such as health, gender, education, agriculture, and climate.
