- Stock inward and outward as per management instruction
- Handling Entire Store with the Team of 6 Members
- Making Staff Roaster for every week and Ensure for follow the same
- Daily Analysis' of the Stock v/s Sales Report
- Give target of each sales staff in the Department and guiding them in achieving the same
- Inventory management to plan & regular follow ups to avoid "Out of Stock" position
- Provide regular Stock feedback on fast moving and slow moving goods
- Maintaining Registers, to keep a track on daily sales, customer entry, GlobalCount, Courier Register, Stock Movement Register and replenishment registers
- Maintaining Visual Merchandising Standards in terms of display ratio, color blocking, size cubing, ironing, dressing of mannequin's As per Company According
- Ensuring implementation of Process and Guidelines of the store
- Ensure all staff Punctual and maintain grooming Standard
- Ensure all offer communication on floor and staff aware with the same
- Ensure Target v/s achievement on daily basis
- Weekly Global count the Stocks and Share with Area Manager for Shrinkage control
