Associate Director – Senior Implementation Project Manager at HSBC (2025-01 – Present)

• Directing the India-based Global Transitions and Client Onboarding team for Custody, Funds, and TA, servicing critical APAC, EMEA, and UK markets.
• Partnering with regional Managing Directors to synchronize global location strategies with complex operational transitions, supporting operations linked to funds with AUM of approximately $2 Billion.
• Designed and implemented robust onboarding/exit frameworks for CIB Securities Services, ensuring 100% compliance during global fund migrations.

Founding Member & Director at AQUAPRAM INDUSTRIES LIMITED (2024-01 – 2025-01)

Supported the establishment of an industrial venture under the Startup India initiative, contributing to operational setup, governance structuring, compliance, and business formation activities.

• End-to-end business setup, including company formation, compliance, branding, and government formalities.

Vice President – Joint Venture Management at STATE STREET (2023-01 – 2024-01)

Served as Site Lead for the SS-HCL Joint Venture, commanding a massive workforce of ~2,400 staff across five offices serving APAC, EMEA, and NAM jurisdictions.

• Accountable for global reconciliation across Alternative Investments, Middle Office, and Back Office operations ensuring BCP and audit readiness.
• Engineered a global delivery simplification model and escalation protocols that substantially enhanced JV performance and client satisfaction.

Vice President Operations – CIB at JP MORGAN CHASE & CO. (2021-01 – 2023-01)

• Headed KYC and Client Onboarding for Securities Services (EMEA region), streamlining periodic reviews and remediation projects.
• Pioneered "Vision Zero," leading the implementation of Machine Learning and Robotics to drive operational efficiency in KYC systems.
• Standardized AML risk summaries, Source of Wealth (SoW) protocols, and prospect profiling across diverse global regions.
• Increased production availability and optimized work rates through innovative OOE (Overall Operations Effectiveness) methodologies.

Assistant Vice President Operations at HSBC SECURITIES SERVICES (2014-01 – 2021-01)

Directed multiple verticals within Global Banking and Markets (HSS-Fund Administration), including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Pension Funds, Transfer Agency, Reconciliations, FoF, KYC, AML ($ 2 Trillion AUM).

• Executed the "Global Reconciliation Utility Project," overseeing a landscape of 400 staff and migrating platforms to TLM Premium and using a.i. bots for enhanced reconciliation. Lead to 117 FTE save.
• Eliminated significant manual overhead through the CTA initiative, discontinuing duplicate SWIFT processes and automating statement uploads.
