· Arrangement for TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) programs to drive improvements and rate the effectiveness of a repair.

· Maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) records and other pertinent data that is deemed necessary to do a complete job.

· Publish information that has been reviewed, in a report format, on a routine basis.

· Maintain downtime data reviewing with AM and TS.

· Conducting coordination meetings with HSRT, MES,EMT PM teams.

· Responsible for the new project development in my unit.

· Develop, continuously improve, and document robust solar module manufacturing processes to achieve the highest product performance in a cost-efficient manner

· Inject manufacturing requirements to new process development by working with development team
