- Report to the Managing Director and assist in preparing work and overall implementation of the projects.
- To ensure the progress of the projects meets the agreed program.
- To make decisions for the daily project activities for engineering, designs, procurements, fabrications, deliveries, and site installations.
- Supervises the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation, and optimum output of labor
- Conducts material take-off for any revisions and variation works.
- Monitoring progress of installation of panels.
- Coordinates with the concerns departments regarding the update/actual site conditions.
- Suggest practical solutions to enhance or modify designs that suits site conditions.
- Attends regular coordination meeting with other trade subcontractors assigned by General Contractors.
- Prepare lay-out for panels installation.
- Advising and assisting the contractor in the development of the contractors' schedules.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
- Guiding and controlling Field Engineers
- Ensure effective project implementation as per the approved methodology in cooperation with the QC Engineers.
- Ensure adequate resources are available for the execution of the works.
- Prepare Program of works, Monthly and Weekly progress schedules/reports.
- Monitor submittals; sampling of materials procurement and delivery of materials, design depart to accomplish shop drawing submittals and make materials list in time.
- Attends regular meetings with the Main Contractor/Consultant and other sub-trades regarding design and site conditions.
- Coordination to the manufacturer/suppliers and paint applicator
- Make decisions for the day-to-day activities on the project.
- Providing alternate solutions as per the site conditions.
