An Experienced Chartered accountant and forensic expert with around 14 years + of experience in performing corporate investigations, anti- bribery & corruption laws related reviews and investigation, compliance reviews,
fraud/compliance risk assessment and financial audit. I also have an experience of for round 7.5 yrs. of working as an in-house investigator (on secondment model) for world’s biggest E-Commerce company.
+7.5 years of experience of assisting world’s biggest E-commerce company (including its affiliated entities) Compliance team
(APAC Region)in conducting various investigations and developing, managing and enhancement of compliance programs.
▪ +3 years of FCPAand UKBAbased investigations of world biggest Retail Company and Oil and natural gas exploration related company.
▪ +1 years of experience of conducting various fraud and other investigations related to pharmaceutical and auto-mobile sector.
▪ +5 years (including article ship) of experience conducting various statutory audit, fraud and internal control risk assessment,
inventory valuation, internal audit and tax audit.
▪ In addition to above, also experienced in handling various Privileged and Confidential investigations involving working with client’s legal and litigation team, outside counsels and law enforcement agencies.
