• Troubleshoot Paint Shop equipment and support timely restoration of process conditions to minimize production downtime.

• Support manpower planning and conduct daily morning meetings to communicate production priorities, quality concerns and actions.
• Implement 5S, support NCM and rejection analysis, and contribute Kaizen ideas, recommendations and shop-floor training.
