The job includes Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Monitoring & Controlling full spectrum of tasks involved in into Subsea Production Infrastructure, Mooring Installation, FPSO Topside Customization, Hookup and Commissioning Projects for PY3 & DSF (B66, B154 & B203)Offshore Field located off East & West Coast of India.
- Phase II development of PY3 Field for Drilling of New Wells & Connecting Producers, Water Injectors & Gas Export from FPSO.
- Subsea field development infrastructure for shallow water offshore fields of DSF (Discovered Small Field) Blocks.
- Laying of Subsea Umbilical, Riser and Flowline (SURF) in PY3 Field.
- Commissioned Well Startup for First Oil in PY3 Offshore Field Located in East Coast India in May 23, 2025.
- Executing the customization of FPSO SVETAH VENETIA Topside Process System. Assisted Operation, Troubleshooting, start-up, shutdown, reduced load operations / maintenance and related issues of Turret, Swivel & Drag Hose System, Crude Stabilization, LP / HP Compression, metering & export, Chemical Injection Optimization, Flare System, Produced Water & Water Injection.
- Liaising with bidders, vendors and consultants in execution of Subsea Field Redevelopment for PY3 Offshore Field.
- Organizing kick-offs meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirements.
- Understanding project scope, contractual requirements, identifying major milestones & setting priorities for the project team.
- Collaborating with EPMC and Discipline Leads in preparing the engineering schedule and manpower planning, ensuring work is completed in accordance with the overall project milestones.
- Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) for Tenders, Technical Bid Clarifications and performing Technical Bid Analysis (TBA).
- Reviewing engineering reports, drawings and procedures pertaining to SURF & Mooring Installation and flagging the deviations to the concerned stakeholders.
- Preparing the schedules, proposals and budget to develop project objectives.
- Monitoring and ensuring that proper and effective project control measures are executed by the Contractor.
- Monitoring and managing the action register to monitor the close-out of identified action items
- Preparing Management of Change with minimum impact on the overall project

The job included providing Engineering Project Management Consultancy (EPMC) to various government PSUs midstream projects for designing, erecting and commissioning of LNG Terminals & CGD Network in various Geographical Areas.
- LNG Satellite Terminal of Capacity 208 KL at Gail Gas Limited Mandideep (M. P.) in December 6, 2021.
- City Gate Station (CGS) at BPCL Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) & Saharanpur (U. P.)
- Online, Mother & Booster CNG Compressors of capacities 1200 SCMH, 2400 SCMH and 400 SCMH respectively at Mathura, Meerut, Dehradun etc.

The job involved ensuring continuous uptime of topside process systems & equipment of FPSO Armada Sterling operating in D1 Field while adhering to safety standards. Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failure and downtime. Also had hands on experience in operating following systems:
- Crude Stabilization, Produced Water & Fuel Gas System
- Water Injection System & Utility Operation
- Panel Board Operations for Sea Water Injection & Fuel Gas System
- Laboratory testing of Crude & Water Parameters whenever required
- Ensure the practice and observance of Quality Health, Safety and Environment Assurance system / programs established by the Company as defined in Compliance Assurance Management System (CAMS) on-board the facility.
- Ensure compliance to HSSEQ policies, procedures and guidelines during activities.
- Comply with Process Safety Management System.
- Operate process unit/equipment local control panel on the field to monitor and optimize physical and chemical process parameters as per operating guidelines.
- Control process start-up, shutdown and troubleshooting; Monitor outside process equipment.
- Make necessary adjustments on process parameters for safe operations as advised by the CCR / Production Supervisor.
- Coordinate daily maintenance and repair work, CFTs, shutdowns, isolations and planned maintenance.
- Ensure PTW and associated certificates for a specific job are acknowledged, signed before being issued and closed out.
- Participate in safety audits and programs; an active member of the Emergency Response Team.
- Monitor and maintain chemical injection equipment and monitor dosage rates of process fluids/gas efficiently. Report variances in the chemical usage and inventory into related logbooks.
- Perform oil & produced water quality testing when required.
- Monitor pipe work and equipment condition via visual inspection and report abnormalities.
- Carry out routine checks of process parameter and Equipment, highlight to CCR any anomalies.
- Perform isolation of equipment as per PTW & Isolation guidelines for safe handover for maintenance.
ASSISTANT OPERATIONS ENGINEER - S P ARMADA OIL EXPLORATION PVT LTD (through GENIUS CONSULTANTS LIMITED)

Looking after entirety of vessel's day-to-day operations to support Maintenance, Operations and Compliance related activities for FPSO Armada Sterling & Armada Sterling II operating in D1 & C7 Bombay High Offshore fields respectively.
- Providing support to technical manager by referring documents such as PFD, P&ID, Isometrics and Construction Drawing. Discussing the issues with vendors, as required.
- Identifies operational issues by going through DPR and flagging critical activities to the technical manager.
- Compare drawings and datasheets of various equipment such as pumps, compressor, motor, heat exchangers, strainers, lab equipment etc. and highlight the deviations to the vendor if any.
- Tracking of Management of Change (MOC) documentation /records.
- Preparing Templates / Registers/ Trackers for HSSEQ & Compliance, as required.
- To provide necessary technical input to procurement team in evaluating datasheet and drawings to support their day-to-day activities and ensure all equipment to be procured meeting specification requirement.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers by providing them clarity on basic technical information related to Purchase Requisition, if needed. Review technical report and conduct data mining in providing established engineering standards (JIS / ASME / ANSI / ASTM, etc.), guidelines (DNV / ABS / ASTM, etc.) and recommended practices
- Performing the CMMS (BASSnet) & SAP Inventory audit and identify the duplicate Material IDs as per SOP.
- Assist in creation of Material IDs in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) BASSnet and uploading in SAP, ensuring uniqueness of Material IDs, as per BASSnet / SAP guidelines Create PRs in SAP by reviewing ROB, Min & Max, as per end user requirement.
- Assist team members for any errors / issues while creating SAP PRs, RFQs / POs
- Prepare TBE for Valve/ piping, interacting with vendors and ensuring they meet as per API/JIS/ASME/ANSI Standard, if required
- Prepare CBE for Procurement Team, as required.
