Employee transfer, Promotion, Data Base Management and Report generation, Bridge role between central department and Vertical by Employee engagement.
I have also been an integral part for Business Process Solutions and Documentation, Single handled quality audits for various SuccessFactors modules. Give Trainings to end user and HR business partners.
File Data Management, Set to Hire and Final File Check (Internal and External) before it is uploaded in the share-point for client to see. I have strong Operational Management, team building abilities coupled with business process expertise to keep process on track under critical timelines ensuring the OLAs and SLAs are met consistently.
