• Key role in Maintenance / production operations of overall plant equipments & its machineries like mono-block pumps, bucket elevators conveyor, Thermax Thermic Fluid Heater, Production unit reactors and Emulsion internal Gear Knowledge, Operation of Fire fighting pumps
• Overall responsible for Production Planning, Process Control and Plant Maintenance in Bituminous Products Manufacturing Plant
• Maintaining on line stock, providing supporting information for effective purchase action and production planning
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers, reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying the training needs
• Valve operations such as Pneumatic valves, Gate valves and Butterfly valves
• Controlling the Process Parameters during Production
• Testing Viscosity, Residue, Miscibility with water while emulsion production
• Testing Penetration, Softening point, elastic recovery, separation difference in softening point while CRMB production
• Manage recording of data history and analysis of the same
