Worked on Per Daman Fertilizers& Chemicals-Saipem/ L&T Modular Fabrication Facility and Hydrocarbon plant- L&T Linde Project.

Responsible for site construction activities and providing technical assistance to the construction supervisor team.
To study the isometric drawings, identify the structural and carried the inspection
Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities, allocate tasks across shifts, and troubleshoot production bottlenecks to minimize downtime
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to enforce inspections, perform non-destructive testing (NDT) monitoring, and minimize defects, rework, and material waste
To conduct the internal Fit up& inspection for completed structural work
To be focused on weld visual to clear all types of weld points (Sharp edge, Porosity, material damage, etc.)
Obtaining permits for all hot work and lifting operations.
To conduct the Toolbox meeting to the workers and ensured their PPE at every morning.
Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and tracking Work-In-Progress (WIP)
To clear all punch point list before starting the pneumatic and hydro test.
Ensure that safety regulations are followed to avoid incidents.
Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, daily production metrics, and equipment usage logs

Production Planning Control Engineer - Nadi Airtech Pvt Ltd

To understand Engineering drawings & Bill of materials.
Indent raised & follow up purchase requisition.
Monitoring design outputs (Bom's & Drawings) and circulating the same to the concern dept.
Preparing of monthly production plan & day – wise production schedules.
Tracking action for the availability of raw materials and the other resource for the production.
Responsible for preparation and establishment of planned and expected production capacity wage through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfill sales needs and to maintain most economical capacity usage.
Responsible and planning of raw materials (e.g.: flat, angle, pipe, channel) to purchase based on receipt of orders.
Data analysis and decision making of support raw materials supply and finished good status.
Develop and maintain individual work schedule incorporating major project and necessary daily/Weekly requirement.
Responsible for manufacturing facilities and process improvements
Equipment and tools procurement for process facility requirements.
Developing and maintaining the documentation for production operations, including process flowcharts created as per standard operating procedures
