Work as a supervisor in fuel injector Assembly. Inj Assembly known as (Clean room) on designation of LINE ASSOCIATE-2.

• Conduct startup meetings and shift end meeting.
• Allocating the manpower as per deployment plan or skill matrix.
• To maintain 5's on shop floor.
• To achieve production target and abnormality handling.
• To Fill up shift wise production report and achieve production target.
• Verified daily document filled by operators.
• Provide training to ours juniors regarding the machine, process, 5's, keizen, poka-yoke.
• New line installation and trial runs.
• Maintaining management information sheet [MIS], and Pre- dispatch report (PDIR)
• Managing the inventory of spare parts of machine.
• New manpower training about safety, working process and discipline.
• Manpower handling.
• Updating documents like :- DPR, 4M SHEET, LINE REJECTION SHEET, MIS, ABNORMALITY HANDLING.
