• Manually correcting of error records in PSA like invalid characters or spaces in records and update it using Update with scheduler.
• Creation of User by using T- code: SU01 and SU10 and assign roles and authorizations according to the format provided by user.
• Unlock User IDs by and changes Passwords of Users using T-code: Su01
• Correction of error records in server files and repeating of failed load data after correcting records.
• Take job status of Long running chains from basis team to cancel or stop the jobs at source End by sharing Request ID of Jobs.
• Daily Monitoring of workflows in Informatica: Monitoring Running, Long running, failed or Unscheduled jobs.
• Manually run the failed session of workflows and further flow of workflows from Informatica Workflow Manager.
• Manually released the touch file for dependent jobs from PIM.
• Involved or worked in downtime to raise the P1, P2 and P3 tickets.
