• Setting priority to Line startup & discuss about Yesterday & today issues, Shortages, plan vs actual
• Daily review meeting about Export and Domestic plan shortages
• Daily plan Vs Actual verification and action taken on Low performance
• Review FG movement VS Production reconciliation (Movement & Return)
• Verify the daily Production reports and Analysis performance through downtime report
• To coordinate with the different department Injection, Paintshop QA, QC, warehouse and Maintenance team for achieving the day-to-day production targets
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time reduction and process improvements
• Daily production review meeting
• Overtime Planning and manpower allocation based on Target and Demand
• Part follow up with Inhouse Team & Inline WIP and Sub assembly stock control
• Fix job responsibility for Leaders, Line Leader, Feeders & Job rotation
• Customer return and Rejection parts verification
• Develop training program and provide on-job training to new entrants and existing employees for continuous improvement of the company through Education to associates (OJT)
• Skill Matrix updation & Check line condition 5S condition with check sheet
• Inventory taking and update in report
• Difference qty check for Excess & shortage for painted and CKD parts
• Making quality alert and educate the customer problem in line, Operator & final Inspector evaluation randomly
• Weekly Quality problem verification and action follow up
• Bill of Materials verification
• Control the order, cleanliness(5S), discipline(3C) and safety in the area of work under his responsibility
• Monitor and maintain Inventory of material at line side (Max 2 hrs. stock)
