Supervise installation, commissioning and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and MEP systems within corporate building premises and external areas. Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted building services.

- Handle contractor/vendor coordination, technical evaluation and supervision of AMC/service contracts.
- Monitor contractors for quality, safety, timelines and compliance with approved technical specifications.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of newly installed equipment and systems.
- Ensure availability of critical spares, tools and consumables for essential building services.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, IT, security and other departments during installation and modification works.
- Maintain technical documentation, equipment records, maintenance schedules and service reports.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance practices to minimize equipment downtime.
