3-month clinical posting as part of mandatory internship.

• Assisted in cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) procedures.
• Prepared and primed the heart-lung machine under supervision.
• Assisted in arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation.
• Assisted in ACT monitoring and anticoagulation management.
• Assisted in cardioplegia preparation and delivery.
• Maintained sterile techniques and followed OT infection control protocols.
• Worked collaboratively with perfusionists, cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT staff.
