Working Under Jal Sanjivani Project in Karjat Block of Raigad Districts.

• Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Quality assurance of water conservation structures. Such as LBS, Farm Ponds, Core wall Gabion, Percolation Tank.
• Conducting site selection and surveys, preparation of estimates for watershed interventions.
• Coordinating with village communities, Water User Associations ( WUA), Grampanchayat and Project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring quality construction and achieving project timelines. Preparing technical reports, progress reports, cost benifit analyses and project documentation.

Project Name :- ITC -MSK-Krishna River Basin Water Stewardship Programme. Working as a Project Engineer in project on ITC Mission Sunhera kal under Ghod River Basin at Ambegaon and Junner block.

• Managed end to end construction of water conservation structures ( LBS, Farm Pond, Core wall Gabion, Percolation Tank, Sub Surface Barrier ) ensuring technical quality and Timely delivery.
• Coordinate a team of field staff and Community worker to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Strenghened institutional capacity of water user association (WUA) to ensure long term sustainability and maintenance of water assets.
• Provided technical expertise for watershed development project, including the design of conservation structure, irrigation system and ground water reacharge interventions.
• Prepare technical report, estimate, data analysis, and cost benifit studies to evaluate project impact.
• Environmental and Biodiversity :- Led Biodiversity development initiatives within the project area provided training to Biodiversity management committee and Joint forest management committee.

• Implemented biodiversity conservation activities on 1,500 hectares of fallow agricultural land by facilitating the sowing of diverse seed species. • Distributed horticulture saplings to 500 farmers and prepared complete documentation, including beneficiary records, distribution details, and supporting photographs and provide technical guidance.
